    We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our internal Creative and Digital team within Marketing Operations. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong visual storytelling with technical expertise across motion graphics, interactive experiences, and web design. The designer will be responsible for crafting high-quality motion assets for web and social platforms, building interactive experiences and landing pages using tools like Figma, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. The candidate should have a keen eye for design, strong typographic skills, and a passion for blending creativity with technology.

    The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, is fluent in English, and brings solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere. Knowledge of HTML5 animation, GenAI tools, and digital best practices is essential. The role requires strong collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure. Experience in pharma/healthcare or 3D design is a plus, but not mandatory.     About the Role

    The Creative and Digital team are an internal creative team within Marketing Operations are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Senior Digital Designer with a passion for motion graphics, interactive experiences, and web design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and technology, and who can bring brand narratives to life across digital platforms with consistency and impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • As a Senior Digital Designer, you will be responsible for designing and animating and editing compelling motion graphics for web, social media, and digital campaigns, while also creating storyboards, style frames, and prototypes to communicate motion concepts effectively.  
    • In the realm of web and interactive design, you will craft websites in line with our design system, landing pages, and interactive experiences with a strong focus on usability and design integrity using tools such as Figma 
    • A key part of your role will involve ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints, translating brand strategy into engaging digital executions, and collaborating with marketing and AOR partners to maintain visual coherence across campaigns.  
    • Additionally, you’ll provide creative leadership by mentoring junior designers, contributing to brainstorming sessions, presenting ideas to stakeholders, and staying current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team inspired and innovative.  
    •  Brand Builder: Partners with Creative and Digital team to develop and build strong brand. Supports in brand execution to ensure consistency across brand through all channels.  
    • Team Player and Collaborator: Partner and support design and content team and various cross-functional members to execute designs for best end user experience. Proactive in seeking out answers to help move the project forward.  
    • Design Expert: Executes projects with thoughtful and elevated design. Understands design and typographic fundamentals and provides new and exciting design solutions. 
    • Passionate Creative: Works to further design and digital expertise. Spends time educating oneself in industry knowledge i.e. design principles and honing design and typographic skills, digital best practices 
    • Excellent communication and presenting skills: Represents creative team in smaller group settings within team and amongst customers. 

    Essential Requirements 

    • Education: Degree level 
    • Experience: 5+ years of creative experience. 
    • Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken)  
    • Motion Graphics and video editing is a must: Experience in creating storyboards, developing animation/motion graphics, content graphics, visualization of complex information and video editing with Adobe After Effects and/or Premier. 
    • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite, Figma, Gen AI  
    • Passion for design and art direction. Strong eye for typography and hyper attention to detail 
    • Understanding of digital channels including site, social, email and paid advertising an advantage. 
    • HTML 5 coding in particular for animated banner ads  
    • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment, set goals, drive clarity and deliver results under pressure. 
    • Team player: Enjoys working with a variety of people in various disciplines and collaborating with positive attitude. Supporting other team members through knowledge exchange and peer learning.  
    • Exceptional communication and presenting skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable with highly technical subject matter.  
    • Excellent knowledge of industry standards and passionate about all new digital technology 
    • Nice to haves but not essential: 
    • 3D software knowledge 
    • Background in pharma/healthcare
